This is a great piece, well built and looks awesome. I am very happy with the fit and finish of this BUT...I am not pleased with the delivery. When the unit arrived, was left in the rain as the shipper dropped it off at 8:30 pm and did not notify me. The following day when I opened the rain soaked box, the counter top was cracked. I can only imagine that they dropped it quickly and carelessly because it was pouring. I notified Vanity Art (with pictures) and they sent out a replacement right away with apologies. The replacement arrived about a week later, this time I had my mom there to accept the shipment. She watched them unload it, and literally drop it on the garage floor right in front of her! Of course, this one was broken worse that the first one. Once again, I notified Vanity Art with pictures and a third one was sent out, no questions asked. This time I had it delivered to my job so I could unload it with our forklift. This time success, nothing broken.If this review was for the shipping company, it would be one star. Vanity Art was awesome to work with and extremely helpful in resolving the issue. They should not suffer a poor review due to a careless shipping company.Overall, would I use them again? Absolutely. But I would insist on the best packing they can to avoid the headaches and delays.Vanity Art, thank you for rectifying this situation, quickly and without a hassle.
