We liked this style so much in brushed nickel that we ordered another in vintage bronze for a different bathroom. A more accurate color description is simply brown with slightly lighter rubbed edges. This fixture is easy to install, well made and the lights can be positioned either up or down. The auburn beige glass shades are very attractive, aren't too dark, and provide nice contrast. Simple lines lend themselves well to almost any decor. Because of the wallpaper we chose, the brushed steel fixture looks very formal, whereas this vintage bronze lighting offers a more casual look. Both come highly recommended.
