The sensor works well and diligently turns on when my hands are under the faucet, and off the instant my hands leave the water stream. It is a bit annoying when trying to rinse the sink, especially because there is a slight delay for the flow to start again. The valve shuts off hard, so I put water hammer dampers on the lines. The mixer valve has no full off for the cold water, so I shut off the cold water so all water comes from my thermostatic valve and I get warm water sooner.Really LIKE IT! This product has been way beyond my expectation. Easy installation, great value, and also outstanding quality. Definitely worth it! It is very easy to use, put your hand near the sensor, and water will flow out smoothly. Don't have to worry about leaking at all! Overall really nice product, highly recommended!Nice looking and so far works well. We had to enlarge the opening for the faucet, so not alot room for adjustments. Be carful no to pinch the control cable and break it. We had to send one back and get another one, the second time I placed the red control cable between the hot and cold pipe leads. Worked great doing that.Amazon did take our return of the damaged faucet and did a full return.Great product with good value. Installation is straight forward. Sensor respond quick, nice product. I will definitely Recommend.The installation manual is very simple, according to the installation video to operation, it only takes about 20 minutes to complete. In personal, the installation is very easy. The surface is very smooth and does not leave marks easily. It’s not been enough to have a charmingwater faucet for a month, and it works great so far. It uses 4 batteries (not electricity) and allows contactless hand washing. It is very sensitive, you only need to wave your hands gently and releases enough water pressure to clean foam on your hands. It is especially suitable for the current COVID-19, which can reduce some bacterial infections.Bought 6 of these faucets for business and used for 2 months now. They looked great, and were easy to install.One drips a little bit, and the seller promise to refund.Product worked great for us!
